Sales Tax

Sales tax will be automatically applied to your order based on applicable state and local sales tax laws and shipping destination. The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations evolve. We monitor state and local tax laws to ensure compliance. Customers shall be responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding payment of all use taxes, duties and other taxes and the declaration of goods in their respective state or country of residence. Your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. For any purchase that does not collect sales tax, your state may require you to report such purchase and remit tax on a sales, use or individual income tax return. Forms and corresponding instructions may be found on your state website.

Custom Orders

The prices in the online catalog refer to the standard version of the products, as shown in the photo. For customization requests that change the cost of the proposed jewels we will send an estimate for approval.


All custom pieces designed or handmade by Lera Lee & Ivy require an approval of an estimate given, and a 50% deposit. With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the piece and approval from the client. Written approval of receipt and satisfaction will be required upon receiving the piece. Jewelry will be shipped after receiving the final balance.

For an order cancelation after production begins, the client agrees that they are responsible for any non-recoverable costs for the piece.


We aim to dispatch orders of stocked jewelry within 2-3 days of the date of payment and 2-5 days for international shipments.  The invoice will clearly state the method of delivery with a tracking number.  Our preferred delivery services are FedEx, DHL and USPS. 

Shipping Insurance

All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Lera Lee @ Ivy piece goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact: help@leraleeivy.com.


If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email help@leraleeivy.com at your earliest convenience.  We do not refund items but will apply purchase to a store credit.

Our policy lasts 14 days and if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at help@leraleeivy.com or call +1.828.537.2533.
